PRODUCT DESCRIPTION / FEATURES
Smart Industrial Building System (IBS) is a building block that is highly durable and can be diversified according to the creativity of the modern building appearance as well as interior decorations. Its components can be used to form various strong hollow structures, by doubling the melamine structure using strong glue. Each component and structure can be added (assembled) or removed (dismantled) to form a new structure, which can be modified and moved to any desired location
NEEDS
The urgent need for the construction of affordable housing with the increasing demand for low cost housing is affecting the national development industry. This has prompted the use of IBS innovations that can solve many of the shortcomings faced by the country's construction industry
APPROACH
Various IBS components consists of precast component systems, fabricated steel structures, innovative mould systems, modular block systems, and prefabricated timber structures as construction components.
BENEFITS
It uses the same component for various types of building for example a single story house can be completed within 5 days.
Require less labour and also fulfill IBS requirement
The system embeds earthquake resistance up to 5.5 Ritcher scale
