PRODUCT DESCRIPTION / FEATURES

The technology represents a method for constructing a building, such as a house or a school by using precast concrete technology with smart mechanical joints. It is also a precast based system suitable for the various forms of buildings using reinforced concrete materials.

 

NEEDS

New method in construction technology.

Variety of building shapes can be produced.

Earthquake prevention embedded in between elements.

APPROACH

Ability to form various building shapes while not restricting the architect or interior decorator creativity.

Connections between elements can be used or extended to embed the earthquake protection devices to strengthen the whole buildings against earthquake, high wind, or tsunami.

BENEFITS

Time saving because it uses the some components for various types of buildings.

Renovation works in the future will require less effort because the materials can be dissemble and assemble easily.

The construction process requires less manpower since all components are prefabricated at the factory.

The concrete using is a sustainable construction material and components are reusable.
