ICCubeX Cubicle Workstation
ICCubeX Cubicle Workstation is located in one central workspace at UTM Technovation Park. These facilities serve as a platform to nurture and support UTM researchers in the initial stage of product commercialization and startups. There are three primary incubation rooms namely CubeX Ideation, CubeX Nucleation, and CubeX Catalyst.

The i-Cube Incubator, led by ICC UTMKL, serves as a sanctuary for entrepreneurs often constrained by financial limitations. Its primary objective is to provide a secure space for start-ups and small businesses seeking cost-effective office solutions.

Satellite Incubators
The program is collaboratively managed by the Innovation and Commercialization Center (ICC), Malaysia-Japan International Institute of Technology (MJIIT), Azman Hashim International Business School (AHIBS), and UTM Razak Faculty of Technology and Informatics (RFTI), ensuring a comprehensive approach. Presently, FTIR offers two workstations and ten mailboxes, AHIBS offers six workstations, while MJIIT provides a square meeting room accommodating up to twelve people.
