Dust Buster

Dust Control Technology

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION / FEATURES

The Dust-Buster helps significantly in minimising dust from demolition projects, in both machine removal applications and implosions, reducing the potential for health concerns, complaints and fines. It is powerful mist of atomised water droplets collides with airborne particles to drive them to the ground and avoids over-saturating debris.

NEEDS

Compact size.

Reachinga very large surface area.

Oscillating with a wide range of coverage.

Low noise emission

Low energy consumption.

APPROACH

Through the Dust-Buster invention, the water pressure, air flow and speed can be optimized in controlling demolition dust, which indirectly saves 50 percent of water consumption.

BENEFITS

The most effective method for dust control at the demolition site by providing the best attraction between dust particles and water droplets.

Use less water than traditional hand water spraying, thus avoiding flooding at the demolition site.

Reduce labor and operating costs for dust control at the demolition site.

Meet local authority requirements and environmental regulations.

Modified nozzle, fan, and 1800 rounding system
