PRODUCT DESCRIPTION / FEATURES

Natural Colourant was obtained from Areca Catechu Linn or locally known as ‘Buah Pinang’ using a green extraction. Usage of non-toxic solvent and high responsive process. It also can yield high colour recovery containing a high amount of antioxidant.

NEEDS

Natural Colourant produced from natural products.

Colour obtained through green and non-hazardous extraction method.

Contained catechin that is beneficial to human health and has high antioxidant activity.

Catechin is ranked 2nd in antioxidant activity

APPROACH

Quick response and the green extraction method can produce up to 39 percent natural colourant.

It is a plant-based dye extracted using green extraction technologies

Natural Colourants show signs of better biodegrooobility.

It has a unique propeny whereby it is not just an ordinary textile colouront, but its compounos may also have therapeutic uses (i.e. compounds such as catechin and tannins).
