The Syariah-Compliant Automated Chicken Processing System (SYCUT) is designed specifically to ensure adherence to the halal requirement of chicken in a slaughterhouse to give Muslim consumers peace of mind in their poultry purchase
NEEDS
The system is a user-friendly, web-based network, control, and monitoring system which ensures the halal compliance of the slaughtered chicken.
The visual detection system (cameras) is simple enough to be installed in various parts of a slaughterhouse as it is light, small in size and uses standard electrical and network appliances.
APPROACH
The SYCUT system can be used by small and large producers alike as the model is scalable according to size.
The system is easy to install and requires minimal renovation to a slaughterhouse because it can be customized to each location.
It can be installed in any slaughterhouse with electricity and internet access
