The newest web-based psychological expert system specially designed for schools, colleges & universities, and organizations in Malaysia. The system consists of two standardized psychological tools: i) TAJMA™ Personality Plus (TPe+), and ii) TAJMA™ Career Interest Plus (TCIP+). TPe+ measures 12 personality traits (Assertiveness, Analytical, Self-Confidence, Extraversion, Leadership, Caring, Achievement, Cross-Cultural, Resiliency, Integrity, Patriotism, and Distortion). TCIP+ measures an individual’s career interest based on John Holland’s Career Theory. The six types of career traits are: (Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising & Conventional) also known as R.I.A.S.E.C. Has been copyrighted since 2003.
