Lobster Farm is a joint venture from a brand name Adam’s Food and Dine owned by Alpha Magna Pte. Ltd, a UTM spinoff company that produces frozen foods using an innovative lobster farming process developed by UTM.
Needs
To ensure the quality of the lobsters and fish, pastes and marinades were developed in the processing plant, which also supplies frozen lobster and fish products that are ready to cook right out of the freezer.
