The 600,000 square foot building was constructed on 2nd January 1996 and became fully operational on 14th December 1998. The Industrial Centre building houses the Innovation and Commercialisation Centre (ICC), serves as the main operator of Technovation Park. Collaborating with key entities such as MARA & MTDC, leveraging their pivotal role in development.
